Maxwell company was reorganized in the Chrysler Corporation from Walter Chrysler on 6 June 1925 in January 1924 the Chrysler model was launched by Walter Chrysler. This is a 6 cylinder car, providing customers with advanced, intelligently engineered car at an affordable price. This original model of Chrysler includes carburetor air filter, high compression engine lubrication pressure and oil filter, which were absent in modern cars.
Four-wheel hydraulic brakes are refurbished and completely engineered by Chrysler with patents assigned to Lockheed. It shall also apply rubber engine months to reduce vibration road wheel with ridged edge to keep deflated tyres from flying outside the wheel. This safety wheel was later executed by the automatic manufacturing companies worldwide. After its 1925 model implementation name of Maxwell was dropped by the company. Later in 1926 Chryslers-low 4-cylinder, which have been introduced are mainly of Maxwell which were re-engineered and rebranded. During this time Walter Chrysler assumed the Presidency of Maxwell and the company is incorporated under the name of Chrysler. Chrysler Corporation traded under the symbol c on a stock exchange in New York.
The German-based car company Daimler-Benz AG bought Chrysler and its subsidiaries in 1998, making up the aggregate unit of Daimler AG. Under this cooperation, the company is called DajmlerKrajsler Motors Company LLC, but warn the operations of the company, usually referred to as Chrysler Group. On 14 may, 2007 80.1% of the Chrysler Group was sold to American private equity firm Cerberus Capital Management and became known as Chrysler LLC. Daimler continues to hold participations 19.9% to 27 August 2009 at that date, Daimler AG signed an agreement with Cerberus Capital Management to deny other titles and pay 600 million dollars of automaker pension fund.
On 30 April 2009, Chrysler LLC announced the plan for the partnership with the Italian manufacturer Fiat. It was argued that the Fiat initially will be held at the Chrysler Group LLC, as an option to increase to 35%, 20% any. After the acquisition of Fiat stake and Chrysler restructuring plans, Fiat said its plan for Chrysler and Lancia to develop products together. Fiat wants to share part of their production vehicles. In October 2009 Oliver Francis, CEO of Lancia, took over the post of CEO of Chrysler division. The main business plan of Fiat is depending on the demand and market condition, some Chrysler cars will be marketed as a Lancia and vice versa. Of Fiat, the aim is to establish the Chrysler brand as a trade mark. Lancia Lancia Delta was the first car under the name of the brand of the Chrysler at 2010 Detroit Auto show.
Chrysler officially have a rank of the world's Thirteenth largest vehicle manufacturer in accordance with OICA in 2008, the Total vehicle Chrysler production is about 1.89 million, more than two-thirds of them are light commercial vehicles. He ordered the BMW and behind the Daimler AG. Until 2012, Chrysler will receive all the new group after refresh, redesigning and reengineering any cars and trucks, swap, engines and vehicles conforming to the need of the people.
